في حديث رواه الترمذي عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول
الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «من سره أن ينظر إلى يوم القيامة كأنه رأي عين فليقرأ:
إذا الشمس كورت، وإذا السماء انشقت"
قال تعالي
إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انشَقَّتْ (1)
إذا السماء تصدَّعت، وتفطَّرت بالغمام يوم
القيامة، وأطاعت أمر ربها فيما أمرها به من الانشقاق، وحُقَّ لها أن تنقاد لأمره.
وإذا الأرض بُسطت وَوُسِّعت، ودكت جبالها في ذلك اليوم، وقذفت ما في بطنها من
الأموات، وتخلَّتْ عنهم، وانقادت لربها فيما أمرها به، وحُقَّ لها أن تنقاد لأمره.

سماء سنغافورة انقسمت إلى لونين
مختلفين مساء 13 فبراير.
لاحظ لينيت وألبرت، المساهمان في ستومب، أن
السماء انقسمت إلى درجتين من اللون الأزرق، وشاركا صورًا لما شاهداه. شاهدت لينيت
مشهدًا غير عادي في سماء منطقة جورونغ حوالي الساعة 7 مساءً، بينما أخبر ألبرت
ستومب أنه لاحظه أثناء قيادته من تامبينس إلى خزان بيدوك حوالي الساعة 7:10 مساءً.
ردًا على استفسار إعلامي من ستومب، أوضح متحدث
باسم هيئة الأرصاد الجوية السنغافورية سبب ظهور السماء بهذا الشكل. قال:
"يبدو أن الصور تُظهر أشعة مضادة للإشعاع". إنها ظاهرة جوية بصرية تُرى
عادةً عند شروق الشمس أو غروبها (عندما تكون الشمس محجوبة جزئيًا). الأشعة المضادة
للإشعاع هي أعمدة متوازية من ضوء الشمس تمتد عبر السحب التي تحجب الشمس، وتكون
مرئية بسبب تشتت الضوء بواسطة قطرات الماء أو الجسيمات الدقيقة في الغلاف الجوي.

كنا نظن قديمًا أن هذا لن يحدث إطلاقًا، ولا
يخفى على عاقل أن المظاهر الخارجية ما هي إلا نتاج انفعالات داخلية، بمعنى أن هذه
الظاهرة المرئية تُرى بالعين، وليست إلا انفعالات داخل السماء نفسها، ومن هنا
نستنتج أنه لو حدث يومًا ما في حياة الدنيا، فكيف لا نتصور أنه سيحدث تأثيرًا أكبر
وأعمق عند نهاية الكون وتغير القوانين الكونية برمتها؟
قال تعالي
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (2)
إذا السماء تصدَّعت، وتفطَّرت بالغمام يوم
القيامة، وأطاعت أمر ربها فيما أمرها به من الانشقاق، وحُقَّ لها أن تنقاد لأمره.

وأذنت لربها: أي أذعنت لأمر ربها كما أن الأرض
تفهم وتعقل عن خالقها سبحانه وتعالي ، وكما سيدنا اسرافيل الذي هو علي أهبة
الإستعداد للنفخ في الصور، فهي علي اهبة الإستعداد لإذن ربها لها فتتخلي عن ما في
باطنها، وحقت: حَقَّ الخَبَرَ : صَدَّقَهُ، تَيَقَّنَ مِنْهُ، فتيقنت الأرض أنه
ليس مجرد تغير مناخ ، إنها ستنقلب بمن عليها وعلي من في باطنها بعد قليل، إنها
تعرف أن لها حديث خاص مع الله تبارك وتعالي آت آت، فقد تحدث الله تعالي معها قبل
ذلك وقال تعالي ( ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهِيَ دُخَانٌ فَقَالَ لَهَا
وَلِلْأَرْضِ ائْتِيَا طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا قَالَتَا أَتَيْنَا طَائِعِينَ (11)) فهي طائعة من
باديء ذي بدء وليست كمن عاش عليها
قال تعالي
وَإِذَا الْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ (3)
أي: رجفت وارتجت، ونسفت عليها جبالها، ودك ما
عليها من بناء ومعلم، فسويت، ومدها الله تعالى مد الأديم، حتى صارت واسعة جدًا،
تسع أهل الموقف على كثرتهم، فتصير قاعًا صفصفًا لا ترى فيها عوجًا ولا أمتا.

يمتد الغلاف الجوي للأرض إلى القمر وما بعده
يمتد الجزء الخارجي من الغلاف الجوي لكوكبنا إلى
ما وراء مدار القمر، أي ما يقارب ضعف المسافة إلى القمر. يُظهر اكتشاف حديث،
استنادًا إلى ملاحظات مرصد الشمس والغلاف الشمسي (SOHO) التابع لوكالة الفضاء الأوروبية
وناسا، أن الطبقة الغازية التي تُحيط بالأرض تصل إلى 630,000 كيلومتر، أي ما يعادل
50 ضعف قطر كوكبنا. يقول إيغور باليوكين من المعهد الروسي لأبحاث الفضاء، والمؤلف
الرئيسي للورقة البحثية التي تُقدم النتائج: "يمر القمر عبر الغلاف الجوي
للأرض"

الدراسة
لا نعرف بالضبط كيف تتمدد الأرض، هل هي سطحية أم
أفقية؟ إذا كان أفقيًا، فإن هذه الدراسة تُظهر لنا امتداد الأرض إلى مدار أبعد من
القمر، وهذا لم يحدث قديمًا، بل في العصور الحديثة، فصدق الله تعالى قائلًا:
"وإذا الأرض مدت"... وإذا كان هذا قد حدث في زماننا، فما همنا يوم
القيامة؟ وإذا انتهت الأرض وما عليها تمامًا كظاهرة كونية غير عادية، فطبعًا هذه
مجرد محاولة تفسير علمي ولسنا متأكدين من ذلك، لأن الله تعالى أعلم بما يريد من
عباده بهذه الآية
قال تعالي
وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ (4)
من الأموات والكنوز.{ وَتَخَلَّتْ } منهم، فإنه
ينفخ في الصور، فتخرج الأموات من الأجداث إلى وجه الأرض، وتخرج الأرض كنوزها، حتى
تكون كالأسطوان العظيم، يشاهده الخلق، ويتحسرون على ما هم فيه يتنافسون.

وما الذي في باطن الأرض هل الأموات
وانتهي الأمر؟ لا بل الكنوز التي دفنها اصحابها ايام الحروب عسي ان يرجعوا لها مرة
اخري، أو هي التي جرفتها السيول والزلازل ، أو هي معادن الذهب والفضة والنيكل
والألماس .. التي كانت لأصحاب القوة والنفوذ وسحبت سحباً من أهلها المستحقين لها
بظلم، هذا هو ما ستتخلي عنه الأرض يوم القيامة ، هل علمت الآن لماذا الدنيا لا تزن
عند الله تعالي جناح واحد من بعوضة ؟ كل ما تلهث وراءه انت اليوم وأصحاب النفوذ
وعدم توصليها لمستحقيها من أ÷ل الأرض التي تخرج فيها هذه المعادن ستكون بالأكوام
يوم القيامة في كل مكان وا أحد يجرؤ أن يمد يده علي قطعة واحدة منها حتي اصحاب
النفوذ ، فلا ملك اليوم إلا لملك الملوك، سبحانه وتعالي -
قال تعالي
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (5)
واستمعت الأرض كما استمعت السماء لأمر ربها، وحق
لها أن تستمع وأن تنقاد لحكمه-تبارك وتعالى- لأنها خاضعة خضوعا تاما، لقضائه
وأمره. إذا حدث كل ذلك.. قامت الساعة، ووجد كل إنسان جزاءه عند ربه- سبحانه
قال تعالي
يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ
إِنَّكَ كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ (6)
أي: إنك ساع إلى الله، وعامل بأوامره ونواهيه،
ومتقرب إليه إما بالخير وإما بالشر، ثم تلاقي الله يوم القيامة، فلا تعدم منه جزاء
بالفضل إن كنت سعيدًا، أو بالعدل إن كنت شقيًا

من معاني الكدح اللغوية

كَدَحَ فِي عَمَلِهِ : أَجْهَدَ نَفْسَهُ
وَكَدَّ، سَعَى جَاهِداً
كَدَحَهُ بِأَسْنَانِهِ : عَضَّهُ
عن من يتحدث الله تبارك وتعالي؟ من الذي يكدح ؟
الفقير - المعدم - الذي يسعي ليأتي بلقمة عيشه بالكاد ، هذا في دنيا الناس، أليس
كذلك؟ فما بال الملوك والأثرياء في هذه الحياة الذين لا يتجاوزون 10 % من مجمل من
يعيشون علي الأرض ، نتحدث بالطبع عن اثرياء العالم الذين يتحكمون في اقتصاد
العالم، هل يكدحون ؟ من اجل ماذا ؟ هل بالتفكير ووضع الإستراتيجيات طويلة الأمد
التي تبدأ من خطة لمدة 100 عام لمؤسسته التجارية أم التي تمتد لاخر العمر، لا
تسهزأ بما تقرأ، إنك لو قرأت أو سمعت فيلم وثائقي عن اغني اغنياء العالم ستعلم أنه
كدح كدحاً في مقتبل عمره، ربما لم تبذلك انت طيلة عمرك ، لما الله تعالي يقول
(الإنسان) إذن هو جنس الإنسان، سواء من ولد في فمه ملعقة من الذهب أو من ولد في
يتم وفقدان الوسائل الأساسية للعيش ولربما مات جوعا ، حتي صراخه ليأكل كدح من اجل
أن يحصل علي لقمة ربما تبقيه ليوم آخر. الأهم: أنك ستلتقي مرة اخري بكدحك بعملك ،
بما فعلت في هذه الحياة، أو لربما تلقي الله تعالي وهي آخر جهة ستتعامل معها قبل
دخول جنة أو نار يقول تعالي في موضع آخر ( فوجد الله عنده فوفاه حسابه) فلتنتظر
ولننتظر .
قال تعالي
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ (7) فَسَوْفَ
يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا (8) وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا (9)
فأما من أعطي صحيفة أعماله بيمينه، وهو مؤمن
بربه، فسوف يحاسب حسابًا سهلا ويرجع إلى أهله في الجنة مسرورًا،

الآن توزيع الكتب ليس لتقرأ المنهج وتمتحن فيه
آخر العام، فقد انتهت الإمتحانات وحانت وقت النتيجة النهائية ، فإذا كان حظك موفور
وأخذت كتابك بيدك اليمني فسيكون لك حساب يسير ومع ان من نوقش الحساب فقد عُذب وقد
كان الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم يدعون (اللهم ادخلنا الجنة بلا سابقة عذاب او حساب)
إلا أنها فئة مميزة يوم القيامة ، فاللهم اجعلنا من أهل اليمين، وينقلب إلي اهله
مسرور، وكأننا في طابور تأخذ النتيجة وترجع تقف مع اسرتك ، ومع أن يوم القيامة
الوقوف عشوائي ليس منظم ( يوم يخرجون من الأجداث كجراد منتشر) والجراد ليس كالنمل
منظم ، ولكن يبدوا أنه سيقف امام باب الجنة مع اهله الناجين ايضا ، فباب الجنة لم
يفتح بعد ، بالطبع مجرد محاولة لتخيل الموقف الذي هو آت آت.
قال تعالي
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ (10)
فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا (11) وَيَصْلَىٰ سَعِيرًا
(12) إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا (13)
وأمَّا مَن أُعطي صحيفة أعماله من وراء ظهره،
وهو الكافر بالله، فسوف يدعو بالهلاك والثبور، ويدخل النار مقاسيًا حرها. إنه كان
في أهله في الدنيا مسرورًا مغرورًا، لا يفكر في العواقب، إنه ظنَّ أن لن يرجع إلى
خالقه حيا للحساب. بلى سيعيده الله كما بدأه ويجازيه على أعماله، إن ربه كان به
بصيرًا عليمًا بحاله من يوم خلقه إلى أن بعثه، فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا } من الخزي
والفضيحة، وما يجد في كتابه من الأعمال التي قدمها ولم يتب منها، وَيَصْلَى
سَعِيرًا }- أي: تحيط به السعير من كل جانب، ويقلب على عذابها، وذلك لأنه في
الدنيا، { كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا } لا يخطر البعث على باله، وقد أساء.

من الذي يأخذ كتابه من وراء ظهره؟ (هو من يرفض
أن يستلم كتابه بيده اليسري فتعطيه الملائكة كتابه من وراء ظهره غصباً عنه) أعاذك
الله وأعاذنا، فسوف يدعو علي نفسه في هذه الحالة بالهلاك أي بالموت لأنه ولأول مرة
فهم ما الذي سيحدث بعد، فقد جاءت الأمور اليوم علي غير مراده يعطي كتابه (نتيجة
اعماله) غصب عنه وليس بإرادته الحرة، والذي كان بيده وبإرادته الحرة ينسف شعوب من
علي وجه الأرض ويجوع الناس وهم عائمون علي الألماس ومعادن وخيرات الأرض ، فيريد
الموت من اجل أن لا يدخل سعير ابدي - عافاك الله وعافانا - ثم يعقب الله تعالي بتعقيب
أغرب من الخيال، فلم يقل تعالي أنه كان في الدنيا ظالم - قاتل - آكل أموال اليتامي
، أي تعبير سلبي، لا، بل جاء بالعكس إنه كان في اهله في دار الدنيا مسرور ، وانتهي
الأمر، وهل يريدنا الله تعساء ولسنا مسرورين ؟ لا اسعد براحتك ، استمتع بمجهودك
وذكاءك ونعمك وانسي الآلام من حولك ، ولا تحزن لحزن احد ولا لشقاء أحد ، عذب الناس
واستمتع ببكاءهم ودعائهم عليك ، اسحب الحقوق ، افرض الأذي والألأم وكن انت مسرور
لا يهم، الأهم ان تبقي علي سرورك الذي عشت زمنا طويلا معه، الآن في هذه اللحظة .

أربع طرق يمكن أن تُؤذيك بها السعادة
من البديهي أن السعادة شائعة. لكن هل السعادة
دائمًا جيدة؟ هل يمكن أن يكون الرضا عن النفس أمرًا سيئًا؟ بدأ الباحثون للتو في
استكشاف هذه الأسئلة بجدية، ولسبب وجيه: من خلال إدراك المخاطر المحتملة للسعادة،
نُمكّن أنفسنا من فهمها بشكل أعمق ونتعلم كيفية تعزيز حياة أكثر صحة وتوازنًا.
1. الإفراط في السعادة يجعلك أقل إبداعًا -
وأقل شعورًا بعدم الأمان.
اتضح أن السعادة تأتي بثمن عندما تُختبر بعمق،
على سبيل المثال، كثيرًا ما يُقال لنا إن السعادة يمكن أن تُفتح عقولنا، وتُشجع
على التفكير الإبداعي، وتساعدنا على حل المشكلات أو الألغاز. هذا هو الحال عندما
نختبر مستويات معتدلة من السعادة. ولكن وفقًا للتحليل التلوي الذي أجراه مارك آلان
ديفيس عام 2008 للعلاقة بين المزاج والإبداع، عندما يشعر الناس بسعادة غامرة،
وربما حتى بالإرهاق، فإنهم لا يحصلون على نفس دفعة الإبداع. وفي حالات متطرفة مثل
الهوس، يفقد الناس القدرة على الاستفادة من مواردهم الإبداعية الداخلية وتوجيهها.
علاوة على ذلك، وجدت عالمة النفس باربرا فريدريكسون أن كثرة المشاعر الإيجابية -
وقلة المشاعر السلبية - تجعل الناس غير مرنين في مواجهة التحديات الجديدة.
2. السعادة ليست مناسبة لكل موقف
تساعدنا مشاعرنا على التكيف مع الظروف والتحديات
والفرص الجديدة. الغضب يحفزنا على تجاوز العقبات. الخوف ينذرنا بالتهديدات ويساهم
في نظام الاستعداد للقتال أو الفرار؛ الحزن يدل على الخسارة. هذه المشاعر تمكننا
من تلبية احتياجات معينة في سياقات محددة، وينطبق الأمر نفسه على السعادة - فهي
تساعدنا على السعي لتحقيق أهداف مهمة، وتشجعنا على التعاون مع الآخرين. ولكن كما
لا نريد أن نشعر بالغضب أو الحزن في كل سياق، لا ينبغي لنا أن نشعر بالسعادة في كل
سياق. وكما جادل عالم النفس تشارلز كارفر، فإن المشاعر الإيجابية، كالسعادة، تُشير
إلينا بأن أهدافنا تتحقق، مما يُمكّننا من التباطؤ والتراجع والانسحاب الذهني.
لهذا السبب، قد تُلحق بنا السعادة الضرر في المنافسة. وجدت الدراسات التي أجرتها
مايا تامر أن الأشخاص الذين يتمتعون بمزاج سعيد كان أداؤهم أسوأ من الأشخاص الذين
يتمتعون بمزاج غاضب عند لعب لعبة كمبيوتر تنافسية.
3 - هل تُعزز جميع أنواع السعادة الفوائد؟
لا يبدو الأمر كذلك. في الواقع، يُشير تحليل
أكثر دقة لأنواع السعادة المختلفة إلى أن بعض أشكالها قد تكون في الواقع مصدرًا
للخلل الوظيفي.
ومن الأمثلة على ذلك الكبرياء
شعور لطيف مرتبط بالإنجاز والمكانة الاجتماعية.
وبالتالي، غالبًا ما يُنظر إليه على أنه نوع من المشاعر الإيجابية التي تجعلنا
نركز أكثر على أنفسنا. يمكن أن يكون الكبرياء جيدًا في سياقات وأشكال معينة، مثل
الفوز بجائزة صعبة أو الحصول على ترقية وظيفية. ومع ذلك، فقد وجد بحثي مع شيري
جونسون وداتشر كيلتنر أنه عندما نشعر بالكثير من الكبرياء أو الكبرياء دون فائدة
حقيقية، فقد يؤدي ذلك إلى نتائج اجتماعية سلبية، مثل العدوانية تجاه الآخرين،
والسلوك المعادي للمجتمع، وحتى زيادة خطر الإصابة باضطرابات المزاج مثل الهوس.

4. السعي وراء السعادة قد يُشعرك بالتعاسة
ليس من المُستغرب أن يرغب معظم الناس في
السعادة. يبدو أننا مُتشددون في سعينا وراء السعادة، وهذا ينطبق بشكل خاص على
الأمريكيين - حتى أنه مُتأصل في إعلان استقلالنا. ومع ذلك، هل السعي وراء السعادة
صحي؟ دعم العمل الرائد الأخير لإيريس موس الفكرة المُخالفة للبديهة بأن السعي وراء
السعادة قد يُسبب ضررًا أكثر من نفعه. في الواقع، في بعض الأحيان، كلما سعى الناس
إلى السعادة، قلّت قدرتهم على الحصول عليها. تُوضح موس أنه كلما سعى الناس إلى
السعادة، زاد احتمال وضعهم لمعايير عالية للسعادة - ثم الشعور بخيبة الأمل عند عدم
استيفائها. هذا ينطبق بشكل خاص على الأشخاص الذين يكونون في سياقات إيجابية، مثل
الاستماع إلى أغنية مبهجة أو مشاهدة مقطع فيلم إيجابي. وكأن كلما زادت صعوبة
السعادة على الإنسان، زادت صعوبة الشعور بها فعليًا، حتى في المواقف الممتعة.
الشاهد
يُبيّن الله -تعالى- في مواضع عديدة من القرآن
الكريم أنه لا يُحبّ الفرحين، والمُبتهجين، والضاحكين، وما إلى ذلك. كان رسول الله
-صلى الله عليه وسلم- كثير الابتسام، ولكن لم يُذكر أنه ضحك كثيرًا إلا مرات قليلة
في حياته، لذا فإن اللذة، كما قرأتَ آنفًا، لا تُوازن حياتنا ولا تُفكّر في عواقب
ميزان الدنيا، فكيف لو فكّرنا في ميزان الآخرة؟ والله أعلم.
قال تعالي
إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ (14) بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ
كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا (15)
ولم يظن أنه راجع إلى ربه وموقوف بين يديه، {
بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا } فلا يحسن أن يتركه سدى، لا يؤمر ولا
ينهى، ولا يثاب ولا يعاقب.

يقال في الحديث الشريف (الظن أكذب الحديث) أي ان
للأحاديث الدائرة بين الناس انواع وأشكال، أكذب نوع من أنواع هذه الأحاديث (الظن)
أنك غير متحقق من الشيء الذي سيأتي، ويقال في دنيا الناس: تظل البنت انها لن
تتزوج، وتظن المرأة المتزوجة أنها لن تنجب ويظن الأب أن ابنه لن يفلح ..إلي آخر
الأمثلة ، فكل شيء في هذه الحياة ظني الثبوت ، ولا شيء يتيقن منه علي الحقيقة حتي
يكون علي ارض الواقع امامنا، هذا المسرور الذي ظل طيلة حياته مسرور: ظن أنه لن
يرجع لله تعالي ، وأصل الحور: نقول فلان يحور الكلام: أي يخادع ويعدل الكلام ويغيره
عن الحقيقة، و حَوَّرَهُ اللَّهُ : خَيَّبَهُ وأَعَادَهُ إلَى النَّقْصِ، قف ايها
العقل الغربي عند منتهاك: فلكل وجود (حور) نقصان ورجوع لمربع الصفر ولكن في هذه
المرة بحقيبة مليئة بالأعمال، بلي إنه ليس ظن هذه المرة ايها المسرور، إنه الله
تعالي هو من ستقف امامه الآن، وهو كان بك بصيرا وكفي بالله شهيدا
قال تعالي
وَاللَّيْلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ (17)
أي: احتوى عليه من حيوانات وغيرها

تحتاج الحيوانات إلى الظلام
تحتاج العديد من الكائنات الحية إلى الظلام، وقد
تطورت لتتكيف معه. العديد من الأنواع على الأرض كائنات ليلية: بعضها يخرج ليلًا

المفترسة. وقد طورت حيوانات مثل القطط والبوم والقوارض سمعًا وشمًا وبصرًا حادًا
تكيفت مع الظلام لتتمكن من التنقل ليلًا.

صناعيًا على رؤية العديد من الثدييات وانتشارها وأنشطة البحث عن الطعام، تستخدم
مئات أنواع الطيور النجوم للتنقل ليلًا. تُربك أضواء المدن والأبراج والمرافق
الأخرى القريبة هجرتها وتُخرجها عن مسارها، مما يتسبب في اصطدامها بالأسطح أو
دورانها المستمر، مُهدرةً بذلك طاقتها الحيوية.
تعتمد صغار السلاحف البحرية
على انعكاس ضوء القمر والنجوم على المحيط ليلًا
لإرشادها نحو بر الأمان. بعد الولادة، تتجه نحو أسطع ضوء على الشاطئ. بالنسبة
لصغار السلاحف البحرية المولودة على الشواطئ المضاءة جيدًا في المناطق الساحلية
المتطورة مثل فلوريدا، قد يكون لهذا عواقب وخيمة: فبدلًا من التوجه نحو الأمواج
المضاءة بضوء القمر، غالبًا ما تنجذب السلاحف نحو الطرق ومواقف السيارات المضاءة
جيدًا، حيث تموت.

الحيوانات في السلسلة الغذائية التي تعتمد عليها هذه الحيوانات كمصدر غذائها.
يحتاج البشر أيضًا إلى الظلام الطبيعي لنوم هانئ
وصحة جيدة
الضوء الأزرق الأبيض البارد ليلاً، والصادر من
مصادر مثل مصابيح LED
والفلورسنت ومصابيح الهاليد المعدنية، يتداخل مع إيقاعات
أجسامنا اليومية عن طريق تثبيط الميلاتونين وزيادة الكورتيزول، وهي مادة كيميائية
يُفرزها الدماغ عند التحفيز أو الانفعال. يُصعّب ارتفاع مستويات الكورتيزول النوم
أو النوم العميق، وهو ما يحتاجه جهازنا المناعي لمكافحة الأمراض.
تُعدّ البيئة المظلمة طبيعياً مورداً حيوياً
لجميع الكائنات الحية
مثل النوم، الذي لا يُشفى بدونه أحد. تُقيّم
هيئة المتنزهات الوطنية
(NPS) وتُحسّن مستويات الإضاءة في بيئات الحدائق
لاستعادة الظلام الطبيعي. على سبيل المثال، يُمكن استبدال إضاءة الحدائق التي
تُساهم في الوهج لتقليل الآثار. بهذه الطريقة، تُفيد الإضاءة المُراعية لسماء
الليل الحياة البرية وتُحقق فوائد أخرى، مثل كفاءة الطاقة وخفض التكاليف. كما أنها
تدعم مواردنا الثقافية وتُساعد زوار الحدائق على الاستمتاع بتجربة عطلة ممتعة.
الشاهد
يُقسِم الله -تعالى- بالليل وما فيه من دواب،
ولا يُقسِم العظيم إلا بالعظيم -سبحانه-، فقد رأيتُ من الفوائد العظيمة لظلام
الليل على الحيوانات والأنظمة البيئية برمتها، وأن للإضاءة الاصطناعية أثرًا
سلبيًا على النظام البيئي، صدقًا وعدلا ، كما قال تعالى: (ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي
الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ).
قال تعالي
وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ (18)
أي: امتلأ نورًا بإبداره، وذلك أحسن ما يكون

كيف يؤثر القمر على الحياة على
الأرض؟
يؤثر القمر على الحياة على الأرض بثلاث طرق
رئيسية: بالنسبة للعديد من الحيوانات، وخاصة الطيور، يُعد القمر أساسيًا للهجرة
والملاحة. أما الطرق الأخرى فتتعلق بتوقيت تكاثرها، يتزامن مع مراحل محددة من
الدورة القمرية، هناك أيضًا عالم كامل من التغيرات المتعلقة بالمد والجزر البارد
والخصائص الفريدة لضوء القمر.
الساعة القمرية
ربما سمعت عن الإيقاعات اليومية. وهي تشير إلى
دورات الليل والنهار التي تُحركها الأرض حول الشمس. يمكن أن تتأثر الإيقاعات

لم يُقسم الله -عز وجل- على أوائل المسلمين
الذين لا يعرفون الكتابة ولا القراءة إلا بآيات كونية جاءت بعد موتهم بحوالي ١٤٤٤
عامًا، لماذا؟ هل في هذا إشارة إلى أهمية العلم والمعرفة؟ هل هذا دلالة على أهمية
البحث والاستكشاف؟ الله أعلم بمشيئته -سبحانه وتعالى-، ولكن الأهم من ذلك أننا
سنعرف في الآيات القادمة لماذا يُقسم الله عز وجل بكل هذه الحقائق الكونية القوية؟
قال تعالي
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن
طَبَقٍ (19)
{ لَتَرْكَبُنَّ } [أي:] أيها الناس {
طَبَقًا عَنْ طَبَقٍ }- أي: أطوارا متعددة وأحوالا متباينة، من النطفة إلى العلقة،
إلى المضغة، إلى نفخ الروح، ثم يكون وليدًا وطفلًا، ثم مميزًا، ثم يجري عليه قلم
التكليف، والأمر والنهي، ثم يموت بعد ذلك، ثم يبعث ويجازى بأعماله، فهذه الطبقات
المختلفة الجارية على العبد، دالة على أن الله وحده هو المعبود، الموحد، المدبر
لعباده بحكمته ورحمته، وأن العبد فقير عاجز، تحت تدبير العزيز الرحيم.

ستعيش حياتك كلها في صحة جسدية ونفسية وعصبية فأنت واهم، ولو تخيلت أنك ستولد فقير
ولن تتحسن حياتك ولو جزئياً انت لا تفهم آيات الله تبارك وتعالي بطريقة ترضيه
سبحانه وتعالي، ولو تخيلت أنه سلب منك احب ما تحبه في هذه الحياة لإهانتك عنده،
فأنت تساويت مع الكافر سواء بسواء، عند السلب فالجزع والصراخ كالأطفال، وليس سمت
المؤمن من أن القلب ليحزن والعين لتدمع ولا نقول علي الله إلا ما يرضيه ، وأن
ارجاع كل شيء إليك وإضافة عليه من سنن الله تعالي ، مصداقاً لقوله تعالي ( ﴿
فَاسْتَجَبْنَا لَهُ فَكَشَفْنَا مَا بِهِ مِن ضُرٍّ ۖ وَآتَيْنَاهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُم
مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِلْعَابِدِينَ﴾ اصبر فالصبر جزء من
رحلتك الإيمانية الخاصة ، واشكر فن الشكر الجزء الآخر لقمر رحلتلك الإيمانية
الخاصة، لن تحاسب مع جماعة المؤمنين الذين أصيبوا في نزاع مسلح مثلك، لا، بل بدلاً
من ذلك ستحاسب وحيداً فريدا، هذه هي سنة الحياة ، تقام حضارات وتزال أخري من علي
وجه البسيطة ، ويرتفع اقوام كانوا عبيد فيصبحوا امراء وملوك (كالمماليك وكسيدنا
يوسف عليه السلام) وينخفض آخرين ويموتوا وتندثر سيرتهم إلا من اللعن مثل فرعون ومن
علي شاكلته إلي يوم الدين ، هذه هي لتركبن طبق عن طبق ، فإذا أردت أن تفهم عن الله
تبارك وتعالي ، فلا تؤمن به إلا بهذه الآية ، فقد شهدنا يقينا ما تفعله هذه الحياة
بأهلها.
قال تعالي
فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ (20)
فأيُّ شيء يمنعهم من الإيمان بالله واليوم الآخر
بعد ما وُضِّحت لهم الآيات؟ وما لهم إذا قرئ عليهم القرآن لا يسجدون لله، ولا
يسلِّمُون بما جاء فيه؟ إنما سجية الذين كفروا التكذيب ومخالفة الحق. والله أعلم
بما يكتمون في صدورهم من العناد مع علمهم بأن ما جاء به القرآن حق، فبشرهم -أيها
الرسول- بأن الله- عز وجل- قد أعدَّ لهم عذابًا موجعًا، لكن الذين آمنوا بالله
ورسوله وأدَّوْا ما فرضه الله عليهم، لهم أجر في الآخرة غير مقطوع ولا منقوص.

أي: لا يخضعون للقرآن، ولا ينقادون لأوامره

أي: يعاندون الحق بعدما تبين، فلا يستغرب عدم
إيمانهم وعدم انقيادهم للقرآن، فإن المكذب بالحق عنادًا، لا حيلة فيه، بما يعملونه
وينوونه سرًا، فالله يعلم سرهم وجهرهم، وسيجازيهم بأعمالهم، { فَبَشِّرْهُمْ
بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ } وسميت البشارة بشارة، لأنها تؤثر في البشرة سرورًا أو
غمًا.فهذه حال أكثر الناس، التكذيب بالقرآن، وعدم الإيمان [به].
قال تعالي
" إلا الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات
لهم أجر غير ممنون "
ومن الناس فريق هداهم الله، فآمنوا بالله،
وقبلوا ما جاءتهم به الرسل، فآمنوا وعملوا الصالحات.فهؤلاء لهم أجر غير ممنون- أي:
غير مقطوع بل هو أجر دائم مما لا عين رأت، ولا أذن سمعت، ولا خطر على قلب بشر.تم

الله تعالي لا يعمم بل يستثني ، بالرغم من أن
ثلثي الأرض اليوم هم كفار بالله العظيم، إلا أن هناك دائماً استثناءات، وشاهد يمنة
ويسرة هل تري أي دين من الأديان الأرضية اليوم في نهاية القرن الواحد والعشرون
يؤمنون بإله لا يرونه ويعتقدون في وحدانيته وهو يؤلمهم بحروب ونزاعات مسلحة وعبيد
وامراض وأسري فكر ومجاعات ولازالوا يؤمنون به، قل لي علي ديانة واحدة أرضية يفعل
أهلها كذلك؟ لذا إن بعض المسلمين عاشوا حياة طبيعية من غير حروب ولا مجاعات ولا
أمراض ..الخ بالرغم من الظروف الفردية التي احياناً تكون أقوي من النزاع المسلح العام
في بلد ما ، فلهم أجر غير مقطوع من هنا لهناك ، من دار الدنيا لدار الآخرة، أما من
انقطعت بهم السُبل وماتوا موحدين رغم الصعوبات فهم لهم الفردوس الأعلي بإذن من
الله تعالي .

The Virtue of the Surah
In a hadith narrated by al-Tirmidhi on the authority of Ibn Umar,
the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever
would like to see the Day of Resurrection as if he were seeing it with his own
eyes, let him recite: 'When the sun is wrapped up and when the sky is split
open"
Allah says
إذا السماء انشقّت (١)
When the heaven is split (1)
When the heaven is split open and burst with clouds on the Day of
Resurrection, and obeys the command of its Lord in what He commanded it to
split open, and it is right for it to obey His command. And when the earth is
spread out and expanded, and its mountains are crushed on that Day, and it
throws out the dead within it, abandons them, and obeys its Lord in what He
commanded it, and it is right for it to obey His command.
A Look at the Verse
The sky in Singapore split into two different shades on the evening
of February 13.
Lynette and Albert, contributors to Stomp, noticed that the sky
split into two shades of blue and shared photos of what they witnessed. Lynette
saw an unusual sight in the skies above Jurong at around 7 p.m., while Albert
Stump told Stump he noticed it while driving from Tampines to Bedok Reservoir
at around 7:10 p.m.
In response to a media query from Stump, a spokesperson for the
Singapore Meteorological Department
explained why the sky appeared this way. He said, "The images appear to
show anticlimax rays." Anticlimax rays are an optical atmospheric
phenomenon typically seen at sunrise or sunset (when the sun is partially
obscured). Anticlimax rays are parallel columns of sunlight extending through
clouds that block the sun, and are visible due to the scattering of light by
water droplets or fine particles in the atmosphere.
The Witness
We used to think this would never happen. It's no secret to any
rational person that external manifestations are merely the product of internal
reactions. This means that this visible phenomenon is seen by the eye and is
nothing more than a reaction within the heavens themselves. From this, we
conclude that if it were to ever happen in this world, how could we not imagine
that it would have a greater and more profound impact at the end of the
universe, changing the entire cosmic laws?
Allah says
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (2)
And she will obey her Lord, and she will be certain(2)
When the sky will split open and burst with clouds on the Day of
Resurrection, and she will obey her Lord's command regarding the splitting, and
she will be justified in obeying His command. And when the earth will be spread
out and expanded, and its mountains will be crushed on that Day, and it will
vomit out the dead within it, abandoning them, and she will obey her Lord
regarding what He has commanded her, and she will be justified in obeying His
command.
A Look at the Holy Verse
And she gave permission from her Lord: meaning, she submitted to
the command of her Lord, just as the earth understands and comprehends the
thoughts of its Creator, the Most High, and just as our master Israfil, who is
ready to blow the Trumpet, is ready to receive her Lord's permission to give up
what is within her. And the news has come true: he believed it, he was certain
of it. So, the earth was certain that it was not just a climate change; it
would soon be overturned, along with those on it and those within it. It knew
that it would have a private conversation with God, the Blessed and Exalted,
that would come. God Almighty had spoken to it before, saying, "Then He
directed Himself to the heaven while it was smoke and said to it and to the
earth, 'Come, willingly or by compulsion.' They said, 'We have been sent to
you, and you will be brought to your aid.'" We came obediently (11). So,
she was obedient from the beginning and she is not like someone who lived on
it.
Allah says
وَإِذَا الْأَرْضُ مُدَّتْ (3)
And when the earth is stretched out (3)
That is, it shakes and trembles, its mountains are blown away, and
all its buildings and landmarks are leveled and leveled. God Almighty stretches
it out like a surface, until it becomes very wide, accommodating all the people
gathered there, despite their large numbers. It becomes a flat plain, in which
you will see no crookedness or unevenness.
A look at the verse
Earth's Atmosphere Extends to the Moon and Beyond
The outer part of our planet's atmosphere extends beyond the orbit
of the Moon, approximately twice the distance to the Moon. A recent discovery,
based on observations by the European Space Agency's Solar and Heliospheric
Observatory (SOHO) and NASA, shows that the gaseous layer surrounding Earth reaches
a thickness of 630,000 kilometers, equivalent to 50 times the diameter of our
planet. "The moon passes through the Earth's atmosphere," says Igor
Baliukin of the Russian Space Research Institute, lead author of the paper
presenting the findings.
The evidence from this simple part of the study
We don't know exactly how the Earth expands—is it flat or
horizontal? If it's horizontal, then this study shows us that the Earth has
expanded into an orbit farther than the Moon. This didn't happen in ancient
times, but rather in modern times. God Almighty spoke the truth when He said,
"And when the earth is spread out." If this happened in our time,
what do we care about on the Day of Judgment? If the Earth and everything on it
completely collapses as an extraordinary cosmic phenomenon, then of course this
is just an attempt at a scientific explanation, and we are not certain of that,
because God Almighty knows best what He wants from His servants with this
verse.
God Almighty said
وَأَلْقَتْ مَا فِيهَا وَتَخَلَّتْ (4)
And it cast out what was in it and was emptied (4)
of the dead and treasures. {And was emptied} of them. Then the
Trumpet will be blown, and the dead will emerge from their graves to the
surface of the earth, and the earth will reveal its treasures, until it is like
a great column, witnessed by all creation, and they will regret what they are
in, competing for.
A look into the Noble Verse
And what is inside the earth? Are the dead and the matter is over? No, rather, the treasures that their owners buried during wars, perhaps they will return to them again, or are they swept away by floods and earthquakes, or are they the mines of gold, silver, nickel, and diamonds... which belonged to the powerful and influential and were unjustly extracted from their rightful owners. This is what the earth will abandon on the Day of Resurrection. Do you now understand why the world does not weigh as much as a single mosquito wing in the sight of God Almighty? Everything that you and the influential people are chasing today and not delivering it to those who deserve it from the people of the land from which these minerals are extracted will be in piles on the Day of Resurrection in every place, and no one will dare to lay their hand on a single piece of it, not even the influential people. Today there is no king except the King of Kings, glory be to Him, the Most High
Allah says
وَأَذِنَتْ لِرَبِّهَا وَحُقَّتْ (5)
And she obeyed her Lord, and she was certain(5).
And the earth listened, just as the heavens listened to the
command of her Lord, and it is right for her to listen and submit to His
judgment—blessed and exalted be He—because she is completely submissive to His
judgment and command. If all of this happens, the Hour will come, and every
person will find his reward with his Lord - Glory be to Him.
God Almighty said:
يَا أَيُّهَا الْإِنسَانُ إِنَّكَ
كَادِحٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَدْحًا فَمُلَاقِيهِ (6)
O mankind, indeed you are striving toward your Lord with exertion
and will meet Him (6).
That is, you are striving toward God, acting in accordance with
His commands and prohibitions, and drawing closer to Him either through good or
evil. Then you will meet God on the Day of Resurrection, and you will not be
deprived of His reward of bounty if you are happy, or of justice if you are
miserable.
A Look at the Noble Verse
Among the linguistic meanings of toil
The sound of pebbles being thrown when the wind blows.
The sound of a wild animal being warned.
Toiled in his work: He exerted himself and toiled, he strove
diligently.
Toiled hard. With his teeth: bit it.
Who is God Almighty talking about? Who is it that toils? The
poor—the destitute—who struggles to make ends meet. That's in the world of
people, isn't it? So, what about the kings and the wealthy in this life, who
make up no more than 10% of all those living on Earth? We're talking, of
course, about the world's wealthy who control the global economy. Do they toil?
For what? Is it by thinking and setting long-term strategies that start with a
100-year plan for his business or one that extends to the end of the life? Do
not scoff at what you read. If you read or hear a documentary about the richest
man in the world, you will know that he toiled hard in the prime of his life,
perhaps you did not work as hard as he did throughout your life. Why does Allah
Almighty say (man)? Then it is the human race, whether he was born with a gold
spoon in his mouth or he was born an orphan and lacked the basic means of
living and may have died of hunger, even his screams to eat are toil in order
to get a morsel that may last him another day. Most importantly: You will meet
again with your toil through your work, with what you did in this life, or
perhaps you will meet Allah Almighty, and this is the last authority you will
deal with before entering heaven or hell. Allah Almighty says elsewhere (and
found Allah with him, so He paid him his due). So, wait and let us wait.
Allah says
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ
(7) فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا (8) وَيَنقَلِبُ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ
مَسْرُورًا (9)
But as for he who is given his record in his right hand (7) he
will be brought to an easy account (8) and will return to his family, rejoicing
(9)
But as for he who is given his record of deeds in his right hand,
and he is a believer in his Lord, he will be brought to an easy account and
will return to his family in Paradise, rejoicing.
A Look at the Noble Verse
Now, the distribution of books is not for you to read the
curriculum and be tested on it at the end of the year. The exams have ended and
the time for the final results has arrived. If you are fortunate enough and
take your record in your right hand, you will have an easy account. Although
those who are questioned about their account have been punished, and the
Companions, may God be pleased with them, used to supplicate, "O God,
admit us to Paradise without any prior punishment or reckoning," they will
be a special group on the Day of Resurrection. So, O God, make us among the
people of the right hand, and return to their family, rejoicing, as if we were
in The queue takes the result and you stand back with your family, and although
the standing on the Day of Resurrection is random and not organized (the day
they emerge from the graves like locusts spreading out) and the locusts are not
organized like ants, but it seems that they will stand in front of the gate of
Heaven with their saved people as well, for the gate of Heaven has not opened
yet, of course just an attempt to imagine the situation that is coming, coming.
Allah says
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ
وَرَاءَ ظَهْرِهِ (10) فَسَوْفَ يَدْعُو ثُبُورًا (11) وَيَصْلَىٰ
سَعِيرًا (12) إِنَّهُ كَانَ فِي أَهْلِهِ مَسْرُورًا (13)
And as for he who is given his record behind his back (10), he
will call for destruction (11) and will burn in a Blaze (12). Indeed, he was
exultant among his family. (13)
As for he who is given his record of deeds behind his back, and he
is a disbeliever in God, he will call for destruction and destruction and will
enter the Fire, suffering its heat. He was exultant and arrogant among his
family in this world, not thinking of the consequences. He thought that he
would never return to his Creator alive for the reckoning. Indeed, God will
restore him as He began him and will reward him for his deeds. Indeed, his Lord
has been All-Seeing and All-Knowing of his condition from the day He created
him until He resurrected him. Then he will call for destruction (from disgrace
and disgrace, and for what he finds in his record of deeds he did but did not
repent from, and he will burn in a Blaze)—meaning: the Blaze will surround him
from every side, and he will be thrown into its torment. This is because in
this world, he was rejoicing among his family, not even thinking about
resurrection, and he had sinned.

Who will take his record from behind his back? (He is the one who
refuses to receive his book with his left hand, so the angels give him his book
from behind his back against his will) May Allah protect you and us, for in
this case he will call for his own destruction, that is, death, because for the
first time he understands what will happen next, for today things did not go as
he wanted, and he is given his book (the result of his deeds) against his will
and not by his free will, and he who had in his hand and by his free will the
peoples of the earth were blown away and people starved while they were
floating on diamonds, minerals and the goodness of the earth, so he wants death
in order not to enter an eternal fire - may Allah protect you and us - then
Allah the Most High follows up with a comment stranger than imagination, for He
the Most High did not say that he was a tyrant in this world, a murderer, and a
devourer of the orphans’ money, meaning a negative expression, no, rather He
said the opposite, that he was happy with his family in this world, and the
matter ended, and does Allah want us to be miserable and not happy? Don't be happy
with your own comfort. Enjoy your effort, intelligence, and blessings, and
forget the pain around you. Don't be sad about anyone's sadness or misery.
Torment people and enjoy their crying and prayers against you. Withdraw rights,
impose harm and pain, and be happy. It doesn't matter. The most important thing
is to maintain the happiness you've lived with for a long time, right now, in
this moment.

Four Ways Happiness Can Harm You
It goes without saying that happiness is common. But is happiness
always good? Can complacency be bad? Researchers are just beginning to explore
these questions in earnest, and for good reason: By recognizing the potential
dangers of happiness, we enable ourselves to understand it more deeply and
learn how to foster a healthier, more balanced life.
1. Too much happiness makes you less creative—and less insecure.
It turns out that happiness comes at a price when experienced
deeply. For example, we're often told that happiness can open our minds,
encourage creative thinking, and help us solve problems or puzzles. This is
true even when we experience moderate levels of happiness. But according to
Mark Alan Davis's 2008 meta-analysis of the relationship between mood and
creativity, when people feel overjoyed, and perhaps even exhausted, they don't
get the same creative boost. In extreme cases, such as mania, people lose the
ability to tap into and channel their internal creative resources. Furthermore,
psychologist Barbara Fredrickson found that too much positive emotion—and too
little negative emotion—makes people inflexible in the face of new challenges.
2. Happiness Isn't Right for Every Situation
Our emotions help us adapt to new circumstances, challenges, and
opportunities. Anger motivates us to overcome obstacles. Fear alerts us to
threats and contributes to our fight-or-flight preparedness system; sadness
signals loss. These emotions enable us to meet certain needs in specific
contexts, and the same applies to happiness—it helps us pursue important goals
and encourages us to cooperate with others. But just as we don't want to feel
angry or sad in every context, we shouldn't feel happy in every context. As
psychologist Charles Carver argued, positive emotions, such as happiness,
signal to us that our goals are being met, enabling us to slow down, retreat,
and mentally withdraw. For this reason, happiness can be detrimental to
competitiveness,
Studies conducted by Maya Tamer found that people in a happy mood
performed worse than those in an angry mood when playing a competitive computer
game.
3 - Do all types of happiness promote benefits?
It doesn't seem so. In fact, a closer analysis of the different
types of happiness suggests that some forms may actually be a source of
dysfunction.
An example of this is pride.
A pleasant feeling associated with achievement and social status.
Therefore, it is often viewed as a positive emotion that makes us more
self-centered. Pride can be good in certain contexts and forms, such as winning
a hard-fought prize or receiving a job promotion. However, my research with
Sherry Johnson and Dacher Keltner has found that when we feel too much pride or
arrogance without any real benefit, it can lead to negative social outcomes,
such as aggression toward others, antisocial behavior, and even an increased
risk of mood disorders like mania. Ongoing work in my lab, led by graduate
student Hilary Devlin, supports the intriguing idea that positive and selfish
emotions, such as pride, may hinder our ability to empathize with others or
accept their perspective during difficult emotional times.
4. The Pursuit of Happiness Can Make You Unhappy
It's no surprise that most people want happiness. We seem to be
dogmatic in our pursuit of happiness, and this is especially true for
Americans—it's even rooted in our Declaration of Independence. However, is the
pursuit of happiness healthy? Recent pioneering work by Iris Moss supports the
counterintuitive idea that the pursuit of happiness may cause more harm than
good. In fact, sometimes the more people pursue happiness, the less they are
able to attain it. Moss explains that the more people pursue happiness, the
more likely they are to set high standards for happiness—and then feel
disappointed when they don't meet them. This is especially true for people in
positive contexts, such as listening to an upbeat song or watching a positive
movie clip. It's as if the more difficult it is for a person to be happy, the
more difficult it is to actually feel it, even in enjoyable situations.
The evidence
God Almighty makes it clear in numerous places in the Holy Quran
that He dislikes those who are joyful, cheerful, laughing, and so on. The
Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled often, but it is only
mentioned that he laughed a few times in his life. Therefore, pleasure, as you
read earlier, does not balance our lives and does not reflect on the
consequences of this worldly life, so how would we consider the balance of the
Hereafter? And God knows best.
Allah says
إِنَّهُ ظَنَّ أَن لَّن يَحُورَ
(14) بَلَىٰ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ كَانَ بِهِ بَصِيرًا (15)
Indeed, he thought that he would never return. (14) Yes, indeed,
his Lord is ever, over him, Seeing. (15)
And he did not think that he would return to his Lord and stand
before Him. {Yes, indeed, his Lord is ever, over him, Seeing.} So it is not
right to leave him in vain, neither commanded nor forbidden, nor rewarded nor
punished.
A Look at the Noble Verse
It is said in the noble hadith, "Suspicion is the most false
of speech." This means that conversations circulating among people take
many forms. The most false of these conversations is "suspect," which
is that you are not certain of what will happen. In the worldly world, it is
said: A girl remains convinced that she will not marry, a married woman
believes that she will not bear children, and a father believes that his son
will not succeed... and so on. Everything in this life is based on conjecture,
and nothing can be truly confirmed until it appears on the ground before us.
This happy person, who remained happy throughout his life, assumed that he would
never return to God Almighty. The origin of "al-Hur" is: we say that
someone distorts speech, meaning he deceives, alters speech, and changes it
from the truth. "And Allah distorted him" means He disappointed him
and returned him to deficiency. Stop, O Western mind, at your limit: for every
existence has a "Hur" (supposition), a deficiency and a return to
square one, but this time with a bag full of deeds. Indeed, this time, O
al-Masrur, it is not conjecture. It is God Almighty before whom you will stand now,
and He is All-Seeing of you, and God is sufficient as a witness.
Allah says
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالشَّفَقِ (16)
So, I swear by the twilight (16)
In this passage, I swear by the signs of the night. I swear by the
twilight, which is the remnant of the sun's light, which is the beginning of
the night. God Almighty swears by the reddening of the horizon at sunset, and
by the night and the animals, insects, vermin, and other things that surround
it.

Twilight or Afterglow
It is the light that appears in the sky from the east before
sunrise, or from the west after sunset. The term "dawn" refers to the
period of time from the beginning of twilight until sunrise, and the term
"dusk" refers to the period from sunset until the twilight
disappears. The light of twilight extends horizontally around the place of
sunset or sunrise, beginning white and turning red at dawn. It begins red and
turns white at dusk, and it is a state between night and day. Twilight, in
terms of the degree of illumination of the Earth's surface, is a state between
night and day. During the night, which extends from sunset to dawn, the Earth's
surface is in complete darkness. Things can only be seen with moonlight or
artificial lighting. During the day, the sun's rays illuminate the Earth's
surface, making things visible clearly even in shadows, indoors, and under
heavy clouds.
Before sunrise or after sunset
The Earth's surface is partially and indirectly illuminated by the
sun's rays reflected from the layers of the atmosphere. Through His oath by the
phenomenon of twilight, God Almighty sought to draw people's attention to the
wonders of His creation, so they could contemplate them and uncover their
secrets, and learn that behind their creation is a Creator whose knowledge and
power are limitless.
How does the twilight phenomenon affect the lives of Muslims in
particular?
1- Muslims rely on the phenomenon of twilight to determine the
beginning of the fasting time, as well as to determine the beginning and end of
the Fajr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers. The beginning of the fasting time is
determined in the Almighty’s saying: “And eat and drink until the white thread
of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread [of night]. Then complete
the fast until the night.” [Al-Baqarah: 187] Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated on
the authority of Adi bin Hatim, may God be pleased with him, who said: “When
the verse ‘until the white thread of dawn appears to you distinct from the
black thread’ was revealed, I said: O Messenger of God, I place two ropes under
my pillow: a white rope and a black rope, so I can distinguish night from day.
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Your pillow
is wide, but it is the blackness of the night and the whiteness of the day.”
The majority of Muslim scholars agreed on However, the white thread and the
black thread are a metaphor for the darkness of the night and the light of the
astronomical dawn, or what they call the true dawn. As for the end of the time
of fasting, there is no disagreement among all Muslim scholars that it is the
time of sunset, as narrated by Al-Bukhari on the authority of Omar, may God be pleased
with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace,
said: “When night comes from here and day departs from here, and the sun sets,
then the fasting person has broken his fast.” As for specifying the time of
each of the night prayers, which are sunset, Isha, and Fajr, it was mentioned
in the words of God Almighty: “Establish prayer at the decline of the sun until
the darkness of the night and the recitation of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of
dawn is witnessed” (78). Isra'
The Effect of Twilight on Living Organisms
The lunar illumination and the gravitational pull of the moon and
sun on Earth vary at different phases of the lunar month. The amplitude of
ocean tides also varies according to the lunar phases. Various studies have reported
that the reproduction, behavior, predatory activity, ability to function,
hormone secretion, melatonin synthesis, and other functions of various
organisms, including marine and desert animals, land animals, birds, insects,
and humans, change according to the lunar phases. These changes in biological
activity patterns may be due to changes in the lunar gravitational pull on
Earth's surface and the amplitude of ocean tides, changes in the
"biological tide," or changes in the Earth's electromagnetic field
and lunar illumination at different phases of the lunar month. These factors
may alter the autonomic nervous and cardiovascular activity of higher
vertebrates. It is likely that endogenous melatonin levels and different
hormones at different lunar phases are the primary causes of changes in the
activity of various organisms.
The evidence from the previous study
God Almighty did not create anything in vain. He did not create
anything as significant as the twilight phenomenon for lovers and photographers
to capture and sell these natural images. No, no, for you
Rather, it's for you, and since you are not the center of the
universe if you do not believe in Him, the Almighty, there are those who live
with you in this highly sophisticated cosmic system, such as marine creatures.
By lighting artificial lights on the beaches in the chalet you own directly on
the sand, or even renting it for a short time at night, you harm these marine
creatures. Twilight, however, causes them to multiply and flourish. In truth,
humans are the worst thing in this cosmic system if they are not believers.
Believers obey God's commands, sleeping early and waking up early in line with
the natural phenomena of the universe, thus regulating their health, and the
universe enjoys their presence in this life. In truth, artificial lights on
beaches at night must be criminalized by law. As for reptiles and the rest of
the food web, of which you, as a human, are a part, they are severely affected
by the twilight phenomenon.
Now,
Why does God Almighty address Muslims, especially the early
Muslims, the noble Companions, most of whom could neither read nor write, with
this intense level of knowledge that does not favor anyone? God Almighty is in
Highest swears by a phenomenon that millions of people pass by every single day
without noticing, and he wants to draw your attention, O believer, to this
phenomenon so, that you give it its due and do not ignore it. The Messenger of
Allah, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, spoke the truth when he said
: “Be steadfast, and you will not be counted, and know that the best of your
deeds is prayer, and none maintains ablution except a believer.” Narrated by
Ibn Majah
Allah says
وَاللَّيْلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ (17)
By the night and what it contains (17)
Meaning: It contains animals and other things.

Animals Need Darkness
Many living creatures need darkness and have evolved to adapt to
it. Many species on Earth are nocturnal: some come out at night to escape the
heat of the day, and others need it to hunt, mate, or avoid predators. Animals
such as cats, owls, and rodents have developed acute hearing, smell, and
eyesight adapted to the darkness to enable them to navigate at night.
Did you know?
Highways, habitats, and artificially lit skies affect the
visibility, distribution, and foraging activities of many mammals. Hundreds of
bird species use the stars to navigate at night. The lights of cities, towers,
and other nearby facilities disrupt their migration paths and throw them off
course, causing them to collide with surfaces or constantly spin around,
wasting their vital energy.
Sea turtle hatchlings rely on the reflection of the moon and stars
on the ocean at night to guide them to safety. After birth, they head toward
the brightest light on the beach. For sea turtle hatchlings born on well-lit
beaches in developed coastal areas like Florida, this can have dire
consequences: Instead of heading toward moonlit waves, the turtles often
gravitate toward well-lit roads and parking lots, where they die.
Artificial light affects amphibians, which sense light levels 100
times weaker than humans. Prolonged exposure to bright lights affects their
hormones, skin color, temperature regulation, and reproduction.
Many zooplankton feed near the water's surface at night and at the
bottom of ponds, lakes, and oceans during the day to avoid predation.
Artificial light forces them to stay at lower elevations, affecting the animals
in the food chain that these animals rely on for sustenance.
Humans also need natural darkness for good sleep and good health.
Cool blue-white light at night, emitted by sources such as LED,
fluorescent, and metal halide lamps, interferes with our circadian rhythms by
suppressing melatonin and increasing cortisol, a chemical released by the brain
when stimulated or agitated. High cortisol levels make it difficult to fall
asleep or stay asleep, which our immune system needs to fight disease.
A naturally dark environment is a vital resource for all living
things, such as sleep, without which no one recovers. The National Park Service
(NPS) assesses and improves lighting levels in park environments to restore
natural darkness. For example, park lighting that contributes to glare can be
replaced to reduce the effects. In this way, night-sky-friendly lighting
benefits wildlife and delivers other benefits, such as energy efficiency and
cost savings. It also supports our cultural resources and helps park visitors
enjoy a pleasant holiday experience.
The Witness
God Almighty swears by the night and the creatures within it. The
Almighty swears only by the Almighty, glory be to Him. you have now witnessed
the great benefits of the darkness of night for animals and ecosystems as a
whole, and that artificial lighting has a negative impact on the ecosystem, in
truth and justice, as God Almighty says: “Corruption has appeared on land and
sea because of what the hands of people have earned.”
Allah says
وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا اتَّسَقَ (18)
And the moon when it is full (18)
That is, when it is filled with light, and that is the best and
most beneficial.

How Does the Moon Affect Life on Earth?
The moon affects life on Earth in three main ways: For many
animals, especially birds, the moon is essential for migration and navigation.
Other ways relate to the timing of their reproduction, which coincides with
specific phases of the lunar cycle. There is also a whole world of changes
related to the cold tides and the unique properties of moonlight.
The Lunar Clock
You may have heard of circadian rhythms. They refer to the cycles
of day and night that the Earth moves around the sun. Human circadian rhythms
can be easily affected by travel delays or changing clocks, but there are also
circadian rhythms associated with lunar cycles. Circular rhythms are difficult
to distinguish, but they affect different types of organisms. Tom says,
"Some animals respond to both the circadian rhythm and the lunar
clock."
The Witness
God Almighty did not swear to the early Muslims, who could neither
read nor write, except by cosmic verses that came about 1,444 years after their
deaths. Why? Is this a reference to the importance of knowledge and learning?
Is it an indication of the importance of research and exploration? God knows
best what He wills, glory be to Him. But more importantly, we will learn in the
coming verses why God Almighty swears by all these powerful cosmic truths.
Allah says
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن
طَبَقٍ (19)
You will surely go from one level to another (19)
{You will surely go} [i.e.,] O people, {from one level to another}
- i.e., through various stages and varying states, from the sperm-drop to the
clot, to the lump of flesh, to the breathing of the soul, then to the newborn
and child, then to the discerning one, then the pen of responsibility,
commands, and prohibitions runs over him, then he dies after that, then he is
resurrected and rewarded for his deeds. These various stages that run through
the servant indicate that God alone is the One to be worshipped, the One who is
One, the One Who governs His servants with His wisdom and mercy, and that the
servant is poor and helpless, under the management of the Mighty, the Merciful.
A Look at the Holy Verse
The letter "lam" in "La tarkabin" is the
letter "lam" of emphasis. If you imagine that you will live your
entire life in perfect physical, psychological, and mental health, you are
delusional. If you imagine that you will be born poor and that your life will
not improve even partially, you are not understanding the verses of God
Almighty in a way that pleases Him. If you imagine that He has taken away from
you the most beloved thing in this life, to humiliate you in His sight, then
you are on the same level as the unbeliever. When it comes to being robbed, you
grieve and cry like children. It is not the characteristic of a believer that
the heart grieves and the eyes shed tears, and that we only say about God what
pleases Him. Returning everything to You and adding to it is part of the laws
of God Almighty, in accordance with His statement: {So We responded to him and
removed the affliction that was upon him, and We restored his family and the
like thereof with them, as a mercy from God. With Us, and a reminder for the
worshippers. Be patient, for patience is part of your own faith journey, and be
grateful, for the art of gratitude is the other part of the moon of your own
faith journey. You will not be held accountable with the group of believers who
were injured in an armed conflict like you, no, instead you will be held
accountable alone and unique. This is the way of life. Civilizations are
established and others are removed from the face of the earth. People who were
slaves rise and become princes and kings (like the Mamluks and our master
Joseph, peace be upon him), and others decline and die and their stories are
forgotten except for the curse, like Pharaoh and those like him until the Day
of Judgment. This is how you will ride layer upon layer. If you want to
understand about God, the Blessed and Exalted, do not believe in Him except
through this verse, for we have certainly witnessed what this life does to its
people.
Allah says
فَمَا لَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ (20)
So what is the matter with them that they do not believe? (20)
What prevents them from believing in God and the Last Day after
the verses have been made clear to them? And what is the matter with them that
when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate to God, nor submit to
what it contains? Indeed, the nature of those who disbelieve is denial and
opposition to the truth. And God knows best what they conceal in their hearts
of stubbornness, even though they know that what the Qur'an contains is the
truth. So give them good tidings, O Messenger, that God Almighty has prepared
for them a painful punishment. But those who believe in God and His Messenger
and fulfill what God has enjoined upon them will have an uninterrupted and
undiminished reward in the Hereafter.
A look at the Noble Verse
God, Blessed and Exalted be He, marvels at you, my brother in
humanity. How can you not believe in the face of all these cosmic phenomena
that He has spoken of for nearly 1,446 years, while you still adhere to your
polytheism, and perhaps you will continue to do so?
God Almighty said
وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ
الْقُرْآنُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ ۩ (21)
And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate.
(21)
That is, they do not submit to the Qur'an, nor do they obey its
commands and prohibitions.
A Look at the Noble Verse
Get up from your place now and spread your prayer mat on the
ground, or prostrate wherever you are, for the entire earth is pure except for
the unclean parts of it, such as bathrooms and the like. Rise and prostrate to
a Great Lord to see your purpose in this hectic life.
God Almighty said
بَلِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا
يُكَذِّبُونَ (22) وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يُوعُونَ (23)
فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ (24)
But those who disbelieve deny (22) And God knows best what they
conceal. (23) So, give them tidings of a painful punishment. (24)
That is, they oppose the truth after it has become clear. So do
not be surprised by their lack of faith and their failure to submit to the
Qur'an. Indeed, the one who denies the truth out of stubbornness, without any
trick, regarding what they do and intend in secret, God knows their secret and
their public actions, and He will reward them for their deeds, {So give them
tidings of a painful punishment.} The tidings are called tidings because they
affect the skin with joy or sorrow. This is the state of most people, denying
the Qur’an and not believing in it.
Allah says
" إلا الذين آمنوا وعملوا الصالحات
لهم أجر غير ممنون "
"Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds - for
them is a reward uninterrupted."
Among the people is a group whom God has guided, who believed in
God and accepted what the messengers brought them, so they believed and did
righteous deeds. These people will have a reward uninterrupted—that is, it is
not cut off, but rather an everlasting reward, something no eye has seen, no
ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived. The Surah has been
interpreted, praise be to God.
A Look at the Noble Verse
God Almighty does not generalize, but rather makes exceptions.
Although two-thirds of the Earth today are disbelievers in God Almighty, there
are always exceptions. Look right and left. Do you see any earthly religion
today, at the end of the twenty-first century, that believes in a God they have
not seen and believes in His Oneness, while He causes them pain with wars,
armed conflicts, slavery, disease, intellectual captivity, and famine, and yet
they still believe in Him? Tell me, is there a single earthly religion whose
followers do this? Thus, some Muslims lived normal lives, free of wars,
famines, and diseases, etc., despite individual circumstances that were
sometimes more severe than the general armed conflict in a given country. They
have an uninterrupted reward from here to there, from this world to the
Hereafter. As for those who lost their way and died as monotheists despite the
difficulties, they will be granted the highest paradise, God willing.
The scientific Surah Al-Inshiqaq has concluded, with praise to God
Almighty. It has taught us to restore monotheism in our hearts so, that we may
rise and flourish, leading us on the path to our purpose in this cursed life,
in which there is no one but a seeker of knowledge or a scholar.
